Traveling and Creating with the Galaxy Z Fold7

After years of being away from Android, I recently found myself coming back; and the experience has been even better than I expected. This time, my daily device is the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, and it has honestly become both my work partner and travel companion.

As someone who creates content and travels often, productivity matters a lot. One thing that immediately stood out to me with the Galaxy Z Fold7 is how natural multitasking feels. The large foldable screen makes split-screen apps incredibly useful. I can review footage, reply to messages, check notes, and plan content all at the same time. It makes my days faster and much more organized. The features really fit my workflow. From quick editing to managing files and communicating with clients, everything feels seamless. It’s one of those devices that quietly improves how you work without you noticing it at first.

One of the feature I’ve been enjoying on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 is its AI tools. Sometimes a great photo gets ruined by a random person or object in the background. With the phone’s AI, I can simply remove the subject I don’t want and clean up the image in seconds. It’s small, but it makes a big difference, one of the reasons the Galaxy Z Fold7 really feels like an AI-powered phone.

Another thing I appreciate is the camera system. Being able to use the rear cameras for selfies is actually very useful for creators. The video capabilities also surprised me, especially having more control when shooting, including log profiles. It gives more flexibility when color grading and editing later. I’ve already taken the Galaxy Z Fold7 on several trips, and it proved itself every time. I brought it during the Sinulog Festival in Cebu City, while exploring Siargao, and even during my hike at Mount Pulag. Many times, my gear was just my drone and this phone, and that was enough to capture great moments.

One moment that really made me appreciate the camera was during my trip to Osmeña Peak in Cebu. I was shooting landscapes and testing the 200MP camera, and what impressed me most was the flexibility after taking the shot. Even when I cropped in later, the details were still sharp and usable. For someone who creates content on the go, that kind of resolution is very helpful, you can reframe your shot without worrying about losing quality. It honestly felt like having extra lenses built into one photo.

To be honest, it never let me down.

Coming back to Android already felt refreshing, but using the Galaxy Z Fold7 made the experience even more exciting. It’s not just a phone anymore. For me, it’s a creative tool, a travel companion, and something that keeps up with the pace of my work and adventures.
